I would just like to let you know how hugely impressed I am with the two young men who attended my grandmother’s house.

My grandmother is 101 years old and we were dreading how she would cope with two days of disruption whilst the work was being carried out. Ryan was here for two days and Chris was here for one.

What incredibly polite and efficient young men. They did everything possible to make it as easy for nan as possible and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up so beautifully and put everything back as it was before and even cleaned in places they exposed during the work.

I really would like you to pass on our sincere thanks to both of them, they were cheerful, friendly and so professional, I cannot praise them enough and you must be very proud to have such wonderful staff working in your company.

Lastly Zac who came to check on everything, again polite, professional and obviously proud of Ryan and Chris and pleased that that we were so happy.

I was nervous about the appointment initially as I’m shielding in recovery from pneumonia, and even just thinking about going food shopping worries me right now. Let alone letting someone into my home.
