Health and Safety Policy
This is the Health and Safety Policy Statement of
Blue Flame (Cornwall) Ltd
Our policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment, working conditions, equipment, and systems of works in our workplace. It is also our policy to provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities. We will ensure the safe handling and use of substances. We will also provide such information, training, and supervision, as is needed for this purpose. We also acknowledge responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our work and activities.
It is also our policy is to consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety, and it is our policy to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.
The allocation for safety matters and the particular arrangements that we will make to implement the policy are set out below. The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, our policy and the way it is operated will be reviewed annually.

This is the Environmental Policy Statement of

Blue Flame (Cornwall) Ltd believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner.
We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.
It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

Sexual Harassment - Zero Tolerance Statement
At Blue Flame, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all our customers, employees, and partners.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, non-verbal, physical, or written. This applies to all interactions — in person, online, or via any other form of communication.
Sexual harassment is unwanted conduct of a sexual nature, including but not limited to:
- Unwelcome sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or advances
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Displaying offensive or explicit material
- Any conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, or humiliating environment.
In line with the Equality Act 2010 and the guidance set out by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), we take all concerns seriously. If a customer, employee, or any other individual experiences or witnesses behaviour that may constitute sexual harassment in any interaction with our business, we encourage them to report it immediately.
