Health and Safety Policy

This is the Health and Safety Policy Statement of

Blue Flame (Cornwall) Ltd

Our policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment, working conditions, equipment, and systems of works in our workplace. It is also our policy to provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities. We will ensure the safe handling and use of substances. We will also provide such information, training, and supervision, as is needed for this purpose. We also acknowledge responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our work and activities.

It is also our policy is to consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety, and it is our policy to prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.

The allocation for safety matters and the particular arrangements that we will make to implement the policy are set out below. The policy will be kept up to date, particularly as the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, our policy and the way it is operated will be reviewed annually.

This is the Environmental Policy Statement of

Blue Flame (Cornwall) Ltd believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner.

We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.

It is our priority to encourage our customers, suppliers and all business associates to do the same. Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

COVID-19 Policy

We will continue to be available throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our team follow strict health and safety policies and government guidelines to help ensure your safety.

COVID-19 Lockdown

We know how important heating and hot water is to you, your family, and even your business.

Our team will continue to be available throughout lockdown as an essential service.

As it always has been, the safety of our staff and customers is paramount. Our team are continuing to follow strict health and safety policies and government guidelines whilst working in your home.

Since March, our team have completed 14,500 jobs and all of these have been carried out in a complete COVID-19 secure manor.

All appointments currently booked will still go ahead as normal.

Our team will continue to call you before the appointment to check that you are feeling well and are happy for us to attend. If you decide you would like us to postpone your appointment, that’s no problem. Simply contact our friendly admin team on 01326 378122 and they will happily sort this for you.
