The Bosch Easy Control is the latest in smart thermostat technology from leading boiler manufacturer Worcester. The controller allows you to control your heating and hot water, review your fuel consumption and even recommend possible fuel savings, all from your smartphone or tablet. This means you can control your heating from anywhere in the world! Perfect for holiday homes and rentals as well as our own domestic properties.
The controls are compatible with Worcester Combination and System boilers as well as some products from other manufacturers. They are available in stylish black and white (Therefore they fit perfectly with the new Worcester Life and Style boilers – more on those here)
The clever technology within the thermostat learns your day to day routine so will reduce the heating when you’re not home and ensure it is on for when you return. Perfect when you are arriving home after a long day at work or a trip away!
When coupled with the Bosch Smart TRV’s (thermostatic radiator valves), the Easy Control allows for heating control individually from room to room. For example, do you have a spare room that you rarely use? Why pay to heat up your room if you’re not going to be in there? You can simply turn that radiator down or off via your Easy Control app. Zoned heating allows you to heat your home much more efficiently and will save you money on fuel bills in the future. The TRV’s are perfect for any home as they even come with child-lock facilities to stop those little fingers adjusting and playing!
Like most technology the Easy Control is always developing, Worcester will soon be launching new interactions for the thermostat which will include compatibility with smart home assistants such as Amazon Alexa!
