The health and welfare of our customers and staff is very important, so we are writing to reassure you of the processes we have put in place relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
As well as being up to date with Government guidelines, we are working with our health and safety consultant and other external advisors and have put further safety measures in place. This will allow us to continue to deliver essential services across Cornwall while reducing the risks associated with the virus.
Our engineers have been issued specific items to provide additional protection to both our customers and themselves.
These include:
- additional disposable gloves
- antibacterial wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
They have been advised to use them on all visits and will dispose of them appropriately. We would also appreciate your support to allow our engineers to wash their hands in accordance with guidelines.
We are monitoring the situation daily so that we can continue to provide our services.
