Christmas and New Year Responsive call outs – Support and Availability

As always, our amazing teams will be available over the festive period to try and keep everyone operating.

Whether your Christmas jumper is not quite thick enough to keep you warm because the boiler has broken down, or your faulty tree lights have tripped the electrics to your house, our dedicated teams of engineers and electricians will be available when you need it most. This is always an extremely demanding time of year for us, and therefore we can only guarantee responsive call outs for our customers that have a service contract with us. We will do our best to help everyone else where possible but can make no promises…

Our teams work incredibly hard all year round, so it’s very important to us that we allow them all time to relax and enjoy the festive period with their family and friends, as well as fixing the boilers and electrical systems.
