We had our annual checks / landlord certification visits yesterday for gas and electricity. I don’t know where / how you find these folks but yet again we couldn’t have asked for more considerate, pleasant, efficient and helpful engineers. I would just like to let you know how hugely impressed I am with the two young men who attended my grandmother’s house.
My grandmother is 101 years old and we were dreading how she would cope with two days of disruption whilst the work was being carried out. Ryan was here for two days and Chris was here for one.
What incredibly polite and efficient young men. They did everything possible to make it as easy for nan as possible and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up so beautifully and put everything back as it was before and even cleaned in places they exposed during the work.
I really would like you to pass on our sincere thanks to both of them, they were cheerful, friendly and so professional, I cannot praise them enough and you must be very proud to have such wonderful staff working in your company.

I am sending this email with thanks and in appreciation of the excellent service I have recently received from Blue Flame. My Boiler was installed by Declan, assisted by Aaron and electrician, Lee.
They were presented with a rather arduous task in replacing my gas pipe, which involved a lot of work, plus my Boiler was in an awkward space above the bath. However they remained cheerful and just got on with the job!
It was also good to know that they had been so well briefed by Mark, who came to assess and quote for the Boiler replacement. They were polite, respectful and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up meticulously and left everything as they found it.
I was impressed by their professionalism, team work, the quality of the workmanship and how they dealt with my apprehensions (as a somewhat elderly client!) and made the job I had been dreading as much a stress free experience as they could. It is so reassuring to know that there are still tradesmen of such calibre.

Last year at Stithians show you advised us to go for air-source or ground-source heating, which after lots of debate we have had installed. We are delighted- thank you for pointing us in this direction. I just want to tell you that your staff are a credit to you and Mark, we are so impressed with the “can do” attitude of your engineers; Dec, Lee, Tom and Zac and of course Chris who advised on the system and pulled it all altogether. Nothing was too much trouble and all the challenges were met with a “Problems are there to be solved not moaned about!” Also impressed with the depth of knowledge and the patience in explaining the workings of the system by all the staff. Chris was so very helpful and his skill and knowledge of the system is exceptional.

You have recently completed a repair job for our care home who were having trouble with water leaking through their chimney. Scaffolding was erected to enable for your team to look at the chimney safely. The team diagnosed the problem and affixed a repair to stop the problem continuing. This was completed on the same visit.
Blue Flame were very responsive with our initial request and ensured us that they would send their team along to diagnose and fix the problem. The office and repair team kept us fully informed of procedures and were both efficient and very professional.
